Fred Arment is one of the founders of the Dayton International Peace Museum, which works through exhibits, outreach and programs to help "people choose peaceful alternatives to violence and conflict," and is the President and Executive Director of International Cities of Peace, which is dedicated to inspiring and connecting cities of peace throughout the world. A former teacher and lecturer, Fred Arment also runs a succesful strategic marketing firm, which serves both Fortune 500 companies as well as local and national nonprofit organizations. He is the author of three novels and the nonfiction book, "The Elements of Peace: How Nonviolence Works."
